The Brand & Social Media Marketing Specialist role will be responsible for contributing to and executing Pandora’s brand marketing strategy, shaping how our brand narrative comes to life across media channels. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and analytical thinker who can thrive in an evolving and fast-paced business environment.
Duties And Responsibilities
  • Responsible for executing Pandora’s integrated Multicultural marketing campaigns
  • This role is responsible for planning, executing, optimizing and reporting on Paid Social Media for Brand and Content priorities across all paid social channels.
  • Responsible for scheduling Pandora’s organic social posts, including writing copy and asset gathering.
  • Responsible for ensuring that Organic social strategy decisions are taking Multicultural perspectives and competitor voices into consideration.
  • Will provide day-to-day internal support via competitive spend research, tracking media performance, leading ongoing brief development and GTM plans for Content campaigns.
  • Responsible for monitoring wider conversations in music, pop culture and brand advertising, and will make recommendations based on emerging trends.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications
  • 2 years equivalent, relevant experience
Requirements And General Skills
  • Interpersonal skills, ability to work with internal and external partners at all levels.
  • Keen sense of brand voice/strategy and how to bring it to life with consumers.
  • Knowledge of music and pop culture.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to pay attention to details and be organized.
  • Ability to project professionalism over the phone and in person.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
Technical Skills
  • Thorough knowledge of G Drive, Google Documents, Sheets, Slides.
  • Experience with media research (e.g. ComScore), project management (e.g. JIRA) and spend/contract management (e.g. Jaggaer) tools are a plus.
