Associate Producer, Music – Temp (SFD / Cinematics)
Description
- Support the Senior Music Producer in maintaining music production schedules across all franchises.
- Coordinate and track contract requests, budgets, and expenditures.
- Assist with music pre-production, planning, and logistical needs.
- Maintain organized archives of all music-related assets and documentation.
- Assist with scheduling and supporting recording sessions, including booking musicians, studios, engineers, and other personnel.
- Communicate production status and updates to the Senior Music Producer and Music Director.
- Attend recording sessions to assist the Senior Music Producer, Music Director, and composers.
- Manage ASCAP/BMI registrations and maintain music rights databases.
- Perform additional tasks or duties as needed to support the department.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Solid knowledge of music production and scoring workflows within the entertainment industry.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for video games and an understanding of game development pipelines.
- Familiarity with Blizzard games and their musical identity.
- Experience working with external audio vendors and scoring contractors.
- Familiarity with various audio, graphic, and video file formats.
