Associate Director, Global Income Tracking
Description
- Review source data files including royalty, usage, and licensing files to improve and maintain proper mapping and integration into internal systems
- Work with Licensing, Income Tracking, Global Royalties, Global Affiliates, and Information Technology departments to improve royalty and licensing data integration
- Review and analysis of incoming royalty files to ensure critical data is being properly captured and reported to clients
- Provide cyclical royalty summaries & financial reporting
- Field questions from outside departments to ensure proper processing & quality assurance
- Assist with IT development initiatives
- Management of various ad hoc requests/projects
Requirements
- Proven ability to quickly learn systems and apply technical solutions to increase efficiencies
- Experience working with large data files and managing large data sets
- Excellent analytical ability
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and balance work between multiple departments
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced proficiency with MS Excel required
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, SQL, and AWS is preferred
- Minimum 3 years of royalties, income tracking, and/or other related experience required
- Experience working with publisher royalty statement files is a plus
