Associate Director, Brand Partnerships

SiriusXM team

Description

We are searching for a highly organized, strategic, and ambitious account/program management leader to help lead the Brand Partnerships team at SXM Media. This role will focus on both People Management and the post-sale execution of multi-platform integrated marketing programs for key advertisers; spanning everything from virtual & in-person live events, branded integrations within popular podcasts, on-platform music experiences, social influencer partnerships, and more.
With a reach of 150 million listeners, SXM Media gives brands, creators and publishers access to the largest digital audio advertising platform in North America. You will help your team members provide white-glove service to our clients throughout the duration of each campaign, and serve as a sounding-board to problem-solve and assist with any challenges.
Collaboration is the foundation of our workforce, and we're looking for smart individuals who are self-motivated, open communicators, excellent problem solvers, and always looking around corners to anticipate any potential roadblocks. As a leader, you will be responsible for leading your team and your accounts to the flawless execution of innovative programming and experiences that not only meet brand objectives, but are equally loved by consumers.

  • Help troubleshoot conflicts in terms of priorities and tasks, resources and/or requirements
  • Commit to producing the highest standard of work for client and internal projects and inspire other team members to do the same
  • Travel when required - we produce projects and events across the country and as a result, up to 15-20% travel should be expected when it is safe
