What We Are Looking For
We are seeking an experienced Assistant to support two seasoned, high-volume agents in our Tour Marketing team as well as support the Agency’s top-tier music client roster. The position requires a communicative and thoughtful individual who can take initiative while learning on the job.
Qualified candidates with the proper experience will be considered for a coordinator position instead of assistant. Duties slightly differ for this position
Duties
  • Support the execution of national and global tour launches for music and comedy clients
  • Collect, organize, and review marketing and ticketing deliverables
  • Proof marketing and ticketing deliverables
  • Cross-check ticketing links, pre-sales, and VIP program implementation
  • Maintain tracking spreadsheets for tour marketing client roster
  • Communicate with high-profile buyers, promoters, and managers, while understanding the importance of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Roll calls, manage calendars, and take meeting notes

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of G-Suite and MS Office
Education And Experience
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in the music industry
  • Prior agency and/or management experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
