Assistant Marketing Manager, Music & Culture
Description
- Managing music and culture-related projects for the Energy portfolio
- Conducting research to provide competitive reports, consumer insights, marketing trends, and music-related insights
- Collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure smooth execution across all ongoing projects
- Ideating and concepting innovative and strategic music/culture-based initiatives based on brand objectives and consumer insights
- Managing project budgets as a part of the larger music and brand budget
- Building decks throughout various phases of each project in addition to developing recap decks
- Submitting invoices, creating POs, and carrying out finance-related tasks to ensure timely payment to all partners and vendors
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-changing environment
- Self-starter with strong ownership and ability to work independently on projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have a constant pulse on culture and understand where we can make an impact in the Energy category
- Ability to utilize data to provide actionable insights and drive strategic agenda
- Ability to report on the success of a project based on pre-determined KPIs
- Ability to apply storytelling to various projects and manage creation and production of content
- Advanced Keynote/PowerPoint skills & able to build clear decks
- Strong ability to collaborate and partner with cross-functional partners
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years experience in music marketing/partnerships, entertainment partnerships, content marketing, or brand marketing
- Previous music industry experience with relevant relationships preferred
- Previous experience in working in the beverage and/or CPG category a plus
- Strong verbal/written communication and project management skills
