Assistant, Global Music Touring

- Generating deal memos, itineraries, reports
- Keeping track of ticket counts, contracts, deposits
- Invoicing and accounting
- Handling phones, managing calendars
- Dealing with high profile buyers, promoters and managers while understanding the importance of confidentiality and professionalism
- Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of tasks
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and remain focused under pressure
- Organize and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring timely follow-ups and seamless communication
- Effectively manage time and meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Communicate clearly and professionally across all levels of the organization
- Anticipate needs and propose thoughtful, strategic solutions
- Follow directions precisely while also demonstrating independent initiative
- Maintain a positive, team-first attitude, even when working extended hours
Requirements
- BA/BS from an accredited University or College preferred but not required.
- At least 1 year of professional administrative experience supporting an executive in a fast-paced environment.
- At least 1 year of professional experience working in the music industry.
- Experience with booking artists is a plus but not required.
- Experience working at an agency is a plus but not required.
- Ability to anticipate needs and execute time sensitive matters in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently.
- Ability to work well under pressure; meet tight deadlines.
- Proactive problem-solver with a self-starting attitude
- Strong organizational and communication skills; written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong professional interpersonal skills, while understanding the importance of maintaining confidentiality.
- Must be solutions oriented.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Willingness to work overtime and be available beyond regular business hours as needed
- Positive, can-do attitude and the ability to take direction and run with it
