Assistant Day to Day Manager
Description
- Manage daily artist and manager schedules, calendars, and travel logistics
- Anticipate needs and prepare materials ahead of meetings, sessions, and events
- Maintain and track artist data related to touring, merchandise, and releases, with the ability to analyze and flag key changes or trends.
- Coordinate with labels, publicists, agents, and other team members to keep projects on track Oversee expense tracking, invoices, and budget organization
- Support with release timelines, promo schedules, and deliverables
- Organize assets and maintain detailed records of ongoing projects
- Provide on-site assistance for shows, events, and appearances as needed Maintain a high level of discretion, composure and professionalism at all times
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of experience in an assistant or coordination in the entertainment/music industry ideal
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can pivot quickly when priorities shift
- Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools
- Must be based locally and able to work in-office daily; occasional nights/weekends for events required
- Understanding of digital marketing, social media, and promotional strategies in the music industry
- Passion for pop and rock music and a strong understanding of the current music landscape
