** Creative Synch Assistant**
You will be responsible for assisting the Creative Synch team in NYC in all day-to-day affairs (and working in tandem with the LA Creative Synch team) with the overall goal of helping team land synch placements (with a focus on the advertising media) for both the BMG Publishing and Recorded catalogs
What You’ll Be Doing.
  • Administrative support to Creative Synch team , scheduling & calendar management
  • Live show invitations and ticket solicitation for clients
  • Sending email marketing campaigns and newsletters on Mailchimp
  • Contribute ideas to music pitching efforts for advertising and other various medias
  • Organize and maintain team assets, m usic ingestion into DISCO
  • Create internal tools/playlists as needed and circulate audio
  • Attend shows, client entertainment, and represen t BMG at wider industry events
  • Oversight and selection of interns, designation of intern tasks & responsibilities
  • Compile and highlight confirmed synch placements
  • Researching and compiling new business leads for advertising synch
  • Ensure department procured pitches are up to date in BMG Songs and logged in a timely manner

Requirements

Must-Haves
  • Basic understanding of Creative Synch and the difference between master and publishing rights.   Previous experience in or an understanding of synch licensing from either a music publisher, record label, music clearance company, production
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, iTunes, Spotify, Google Suite, Mailchimp. Prior use of DISCO is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to track and follow through on multiple concurrent projects to completion.
  • Familiarity / general-interest in all types of genres, sub- genres and eras of popular music

Pay Range
  • $45,000 – 50,000 per annum
