Artist Operations Coordinator
Description
- Support the Head of Artist Operations with daily internal processes and procedures across multiple areas including A&R Administration, Production, Sync, and Finance
- Review and process all vendor payments for the Artist Services Department (A&R and Marketing)
- Assist Artist Services staff with troubleshooting expenses, coding, and/or travel issues
- Prep, update, and deliver weekly UnitedMasters release schedule to Artist Services teams
- Ensure artist rosters and song catalogs are up to date for all regions (domestic and international)
- Update internal operations guide and other resources for cross-functional workflows and policies
- Maintain organizational and filing systems to enhance productivity and efficiency and create scalability
- Organize and attend departmental and artist team meetings as needed
- Prep and deliver meeting agendas and recap notes
- Oversee maintenance of artist management and music industry contact lists
- Track and organize Artist Services business travel requests (recording, videos, events, shows, etc)

- 1-2 years experience as an admin assistant, coordinator, or similar role
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong experience with Google Sheets and Excel a plus
- Experience working in the music industry, specifically in A&R, A&R Administration, Artist Relations, and/or Marketing/Digital Marketing preferred
- Familiarity with bill.com, Navan, Concur, Monday.com a plus
