WONDERY is looking for a full-time Ad Production Coordinator to join the Ad Operations team. This role works cross-functionally to ensure campaigns are set up for success by liaising between the ad sales team, agencies, clients, and the hosts of podcasts on Wondery’s network to ensure effective brand onboarding, product coordination and delivery, internal database management, and distribution of campaign assets to third-party systems. We are looking for a hyper-organized self-starter, who learns swiftly, thinks critically, and is enthusiastic about working with an industry-leading global brand.

Key job responsibilities
  • Coordinate onboarding calls between clients and podcast hosts. This will include, but is not limited to: walking through the process, taking notes on the call, ensuring all internal parties have updates from the call
  • Produce airchecks for internal and external clients
  • Assist in quality assurance of creatives to be trafficked
  • Troubleshoot creative issues with Ad Production team
  • Manage workflow to ensure deadlines are met and campaigns have successful outcomes
  • Partner closely with Sales Operations team to monitor creative implementation and flawless execution
  • Build customer relationships, acting as day-to-day point of contact during post-sales cycle
  • Data entry into pertinent platforms to share information with the Ad Operations team
  • Work closely with the team Program Manager on system and process updates to help create efficiencies

Requirements

Basic Qualifications
  • Experience with Excel
  • 2+ years experience with coordination
Preferred Qualifications
  • Organization skills and attention to detail
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of online marketing and advertising terms and concepts
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively between projects
  • Demonstrated problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

Benefits & Perks

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $47,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
