Account Manager, Festivals
Description
- Management of a portfolio of brand partners across multiple festivals
- Clarifying the product lines that are to be sold with brand partners
- Ensure all exclusivity clauses are understood and are being respected
- Agree with partners the service standards expected and required
- Extensive client liaison pre, at, and post event – working closely and collaboratively to ensure the smooth delivery of contractual rights, within strict deadlines
- Keep operational information up to date – always being clear and concise
- Communicating extensively with internal and external parties
- Overseeing and agreeing POS with festival teams
- Being present on site at festivals as required
- Be the go-to person between partners that supply products to festivals and our retail team(s)
- Interpreting, analysing and reporting post event sales data
- Brand reporting lead including debriefs
Requirements
- Working knowledge of one or more of the festivals within the LN Portfolio
- Salesforce experience
- A highly motivated, tenacious, organised and conscientious individual who takes pride in delivering work to the highest standard
- A team player who is confident, friendly and able to build a rapport with all types of people
- Comfortable with time away from home (depending on business requirements)
- Resourceful and flexible with a positive ‘can do’ approach
- A fast learner with the ability to work calm under pressure despite conflicting demands
- A hardworker dedicated to going the extra mile
- Adept at managing multiple projects and tasks at one time
