You’ll be supporting the team responsible for the success of these incredible people, helping them grow their businesses all over the USA.
You’ll Be
- Supporting the Account Managers and Account Directors in the day-to-day management of our key venue & promoter partners across the USA
- Leveraging knowledge of the DICE platform and industry best practices to provide excellent consultative support both to your team and partners
- Working cross-functionally with our Marketing, Event, and Partner services teams to help manage tactical and on-site needs for partner events
- Assist the team in event builds, managing reporting, tracking deliverables, and more
Requirements
- Passionate about the ticketing/live entertainment business
- Experienced in working with partners and providing amazing customer service
- Confident with a passion for building valued relationships
- Available and willing to work outside of regular office hours, including some weekends, whether that be assisting partners, taking meetings, or attending partner events
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously and successfully
- Excellent communication skills with great attention to detail
- A resourceful attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills
