A&R Intern
Description
- Assist with scouting for new talent & musical collaborators in Singapore and the SEA region
- Assist with scouting for producers for local artists
- Assist with setting up recording & songwriting sessions for local artists
- Giving feedback on demos/songs
- Prepare documents and collaterals for weekly / ad hoc meetings / reports
- Monitor music charts
- Assist with some artist management tasks (e.g. going down to artist’s performances, shoots, etc…)
Requirements
- You have the drive to perform well, initiative, and heaps of creativity
- You have a basic understanding of how the music industry works (including record deals, master rights, etc…)
- You are an excellent communicator and enthusiastic collaborator who works well with artists, team members and other contacts
- You are able to keep calm under pressure and recognize priorities
