The Senior Project Manager will be a leader within the Client Services Team on Highsnobiety’s agency services arm, managing top new business and renewal clients. They will be a resource for more junior team members to promote growth and ensure seamless workflow with the execution of deals throughout the full campaign life cycle internally and externally.
  • Provide guidance to the entire Project Management team sharing best practices and examples for best in class work.
  • Responsible for understanding the project status of any direct assigned projects at any given time
  • Collaborate with creative, production, sales, editorial and global counterparts to ensure creative integrity, transparency and delivery
  • Work closely with inter-departments to lead bringing key campaigns to life
  • Create and manage integrated campaign timelines and budgets on assigned projects
  • Hold internal and external parties accountable to meet deadlines given
  • Liaise between clients and Highsnobiety+ to communicate deadlines, budgets and approvals
  • Foresee and tackle obstacles and take action to minimize impact
  • Build relationships with clients throughout project to retain business
  • Record revenues, track costs and maintain accurate profit and loss statements for individual projects on all internal documents Maintain all project assets and archive projects


  • A minimum of 3 years experience as a project manager
  • Excellent time management, organization and prioritization skills
  • Proven ability to work under tight deadlines and handle pressure, while consistently paying attention to accuracy and quality of work
  • Deliver excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating the ability to present thoughts clearly, accurately, and succinctly
  • Proven ability to adapt quickly and effectively in order to change and push culture forward
  • Creative agency or media background preferred, with knowledge of how to incorporate client feedback, shape the work, keep work streams on track and build momentum
