Sr. Marketing Manager, Livestreaming
Description
- Own the strategy, planning, and execution of marketing campaigns that drive tune-in for events
- Partner with ad sales teams to develop and sell sponsorship packages
- Create and implement testing frameworks, including A/B tests, to optimize creative and campaign targeting
- Partner with external artist teams to build out marketing plans that span across on-Amazon, off-Amazon, and social channels
- Provide insights to drive an informed marketing strategy based on key metrics, historical data, and trend reporting
- Use analytical insights to create actionable strategies that will help increase effectiveness against marketing goals
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
- 6+ years experience as a producer/production manager
- A proven track record of producing digital content, either as an independent consultant or within a production company, TV network and/or film studio
- Experience building strong working relationships with the creative community including on music artists, producers, writers, directors, and production partners
- Strong capability to manage a production budget and schedule
- Ability to adapt to a quickly changing, fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge and understanding of innovations in the music production and livestream industries
- Music industry experience across some combination of artist management, artist and label partnerships, live events, and music-focused technology products
- Relevant experience working in marketing live events
- Highly polished communication skills - speaking, writing, presenting and negotiating
- Technical aptitude and agility to manage web-based tools
- Superior analytical skills, critical thinking, and willingness to roll up sleeves to get it done
- Experience working with creative directors, visual designers, and manufacturers to market new products
- Deep understanding of social commerce, with experience implementing campaigns in those channels
- High threshold for working in an ambiguous, fast paced environment start-up like environment – figuring it out and adapting as you go
- Experience working with technology teams to build new marketing features
- Ability to think and lead in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with “hands-on” management of tasks, and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
