Specialist, Sales
Description
- Support the digital content business across key partnerships including YouTube and Pandora
- Serve as an account expert from platform products to marketing opportunities to operational procedures
- Contribute to the ideation, development and execution of new release and catalog content strategies
- Collaborate with SONY label teams to build dynamic artist plans and maximize audience and consumption
- Drive the development of tools, dashboards, reports and materials to communicate effectively with labels
- Manage partner advertising allocations including campaign planning, asset optimization, trafficking & data
- Develop strong relationships across partner teams including, Label Relations, Editorial, Marketing and Ops
- Share insights, analyses and recommendations with partners to improve our mutual business
- Advance US playlisting efforts of the Filtr brand
- Communicate best practices across all of SONY
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with working knowledge in the digital music industry, prior experience in Sales strongly preferred
- An exceptional communicator with extraordinary time management skills
- A proactive, intuitive, curious, self-starter who has strong problem solving, analytic, and interpersonal skills while being able to work independently
- You will have the ability to manage time and priorities set and achieve goals and juggle multiple projects/deadlines simultaneously
- An extremely organized professional and be able to create and maintain strong business relationships
- Must have a passionate commitment to music and artists and be available to attend evening showcases/events
- Bachelor’s degree required
