Specialist, Audience Engagement and Lifecycle Marketing - Pandora

Description

Pandora is looking for a Specialist to join the Audience Engagement & Lifecycle Marketing team. You will support the operations and performance of Pandora's on-platform advertising and in-product messaging workstreams.
Responsibilities:
  • Support impactful marketing campaigns and strategies as they pertain to on-platform house ads and in-app messaging
  • Partner closely with Product and Analytics to deliver personalized experiences that drive user education, engagement and subscription
  • Assist with campaign operations from ideation to audience targeting to flawlessly execute and deliver on performance KPIs
  • Partner closely with the CRM team to unlock omni-channel insights that bring users to the platform and deepen their listening experience
  • Manage campaign testing roadmap and conduct ongoing A/B testing for iterative optimization
  • Set up team-wide, daily, weekly and monthly reporting cadences to support both evergreen and subscription marketing programs
  • Design, build and maintain a scalable creative testing and performance reporting repository, that can be shared out and also used as a point of historical reference and guidelines for best practice
  • Partner with team members to regularly monitor and share campaign performance, monitor data and campaign performance with a discerning eye, identify anomalies in the results and troubleshoot bugs prior to reporting out
  • Identify trends and insights in performance data on a day to day basis and work with team on developing new optimization opportunities
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify white space, innovate & ideate on testing opportunities, and optimize campaign performance
  • Ensure all projects adhere to tight deadlines and turnaround times, keeping projects on track
  • Support performance marketing team with other ad-hoc projects as they are submitted

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years of marketing and/or product management experience
  • Experience and familiarity with Braze, Airship, Tableau, ActionIQ
  • Mobile App and AdTech experience preferred
  • Ability to be dynamic while managing multiple mission-critical priorities
  • Self-starter, detail oriented. Excellent project management skills
  • Highly motivated, proactive and able to solve diverse problems efficiently
  • Comfortable with Excel, computing numbers, and delivering reports; including (but not limited to) experience with Pivot tables and building campaign-level forecasts
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Effective collaborator and ability to gather consensus around projects you manage
  • Strong focus on delivering insights that will lead to action
  • Creative thinker & intellectually curious
  • Highly motivated with a very strong work ethic and strong professional acumen
  • Attending and contributing at a high level in meetings
  • Ability to understand scope of work and work independently to bring projects to a successful close
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
