If this is you, then you could be Bang & Olufsen’s new Senior Creative.
Your mission
As our new Senior Creative, you will join our Creative team in the wider Marketing department. Your goal will be to create engagement and awareness that all leads back to our brand DNA. You will achieve this through project-based work on specific campaigns and products, where you will be the one to develop the story and the concept, using data to fully understand the target audience.
You will operate autonomously across all creative disciplines but will always tie back to the collective team effort. Specifically, you will be responsible for:
  • Concept development, interpreting briefs and coming up with big ideas that you can implement in small pieces
  • Evaluating situations and translate them into tangible visual and verbal concepts that reflect any audience and our brand DNA
  • Art Direction – you will be evolving our new visual identity across film, still, digital, print and more; using your awareness of how your work rides the wave of popular culture
  • Supporting upcoming team members and identify areas for improvement, communicating them in constructive, positive ways
  • Collaborating with stakeholders such as project managers, producers and other internal stakeholders, as well as direct external photographers, illustrators, producers, sound designers and directors
  • Presentation – as an advocate of creativity, it’s your purpose to sell our work internally in the most engaging, inspiring and understandable way.
Your location and network In Lyngby, Denmark, you will join the Creative team that ideates and produces creative content for Bang & Olufsen markets globally. A team with copy and art backgrounds, we are the creative presence behind the global brand and responsible for the overall brand and visual identity. In short, a group of great storytellers are looking forward to meeting you and hearing all about your ideas.

Also, you recognize that creative work is a team effort, and you know how to handle different personalities with a cool, inclusive and confident attitude. Moreover, you bring:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Several years of consumer-facing communication experience with a good portfolio of work that showcases your thinking
  • In-house experience from a similar global luxury brand
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
