Description

We’re looking for curious, accomplished product managers to fill multiple spots on our growing Product team. You’ll be involved in every aspect of product management, from strategy and ideation to development, launch, and optimization.
Product managers will report to the Director of Product and work closely with technology, design, and business partners. Our team is a high-profile team working to deliver on Songfinch’s core mission across every channel and touchpoint.
You’ll own a significant piece of the Songfinch platform based on your interest and expertise – customer growth/engagement, artist experience, or internal operations. This is a huge opportunity to help shape the creative vision of a rapidly growing business, and joining Songfinch at this stage means you’ll get a front row seat to the impact of your work.
How you'll make an impact:
  • Learn and prioritize. Gain a deep understanding of business objectives and end user needs. Define the opportunities for improvement and growth and prioritize into a roadmap.
  • Ideate and innovate. Collaborate with design, engineering, and other stakeholders on solutions. Use qualitative and quantitative research, experimentation, and pilot programs to validate concepts.
  • Document and implement. Write clear user stories and product requirements. Work closely with engineering on QA and launch plans. Set success metrics and manage change communications.
  • Optimize and iterate. Analyze the impact of your work and chart a path towards continual improvement, always tracking towards your main goal.

Requirements

  • 2-5+ years of product management experience (hiring at a variety of levels)
  • Ability to document clear product requirements and acceptance criteria
  • A data-driven mindset and the ability to analyze data independently
  • Experience breaking down complex problems into incremental product solutions
  • Strong collaboration skills, openness to feedback, and a proactive communication style
  • A track record of aligning and influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of user research techniques and best practices
