Come and join Avid Sales Americas winning team! We are looking to hire an experienced Latin Americas channel/partnerships manager in the Channel Organization (PAM). The PAM is responsible for building a bias towards Avid Technology by managing the existing distribution and partners while recruiting and enabling new partners. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in channel sales or partnership teams with a proven track record of executing business plans to deliver assigned goals and quotas. This person will be responsible for driving the strategy with impactful partners. Candidates should have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, solution, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions and work cross-functionally to increase partner bias towards Avid Technology. We are looking for creative, highly motivated, self-driven candidates and looking to expand and advance their impact as measured by the growth we can impact with the new partners.
Your Impact
  • Ability to lead a team of Channel Partners, including distribution to build and execute business plans focused on high-growth solutions
  • Provide world-class relationship development and thought leadership across a large ecosystem of partners to increase revenue and drive incremental business opportunities
  • Work with Avid's Leadership, Partner teams, and Marketing teams to identify key growth segments, build a strategic plan, and enablement model
  • Collaboration with cross-functional groups is critical to success
  • Working with the partners, you need to define tailored value propositions and create detailed go-to-market strategies that strengthen our value proposition to the marketplace while providing new revenue opportunities with the new partners


  • 10+ years experience in tech channel partnerships/sales, successfully implementing channel strategy to drive dramatically increased sales
  • 5+ years in SaaS/Subscription/Cloud sales experience are desirable
  • 5+ years experience in the Media and Broadcasting
  • Deep understanding and knowledge of channel ecosystem
  • Proven business leader with experience driving influence and building relationships with decision-makers across all levels of partner and prospect organizations
  • Highly effective relationship/partner development skills
  • Track record of driving enterprise sales via channel partners (partner handles selling motion)
  • Proven experience in exceeding channels sales quotas
  • Proven analytical skills to determine which programs work and insight to build on that experience
  • Cross-departmental collaboration with sales, marketing, and the product organizations
  • Work with marketing and product to drive one-to-one Partner engagement.
  • Effectively utilizing resources for optimal output for a small growing team.
  • Hands-on performance management (developing intended outcomes, employee performance plans, etc.)
