The Role
We are looking for Member Support Advisor's to join us on a 12 month basis. In this role, you will support our members by handling, investigating, and resolving a high volume of contacts and queries, ensuring quality, productivity, and adherence to standards.
As a Member Support Advisor, your daily duties will include…
Supporting our members through email, calls and other channels.
Collaborating with internal and external parties to resolve queries.
Staying updated with training to provide accurate information.
Helping develop processes to improve member services.
Participating in team days and feedback sessions to enhance processes through technology and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

GCSE's in Maths and English or equivalent
