The Role
We are looking for Member Support Advisor's to join us on a 12 month basis. In this role, you will support our members by handling, investigating, and resolving a high volume of contacts and queries, ensuring quality, productivity, and adherence to standards.
As a Member Support Advisor, your daily duties will include…
  • Supporting our members through email, calls and other channels.
  • Collaborating with internal and external parties to resolve queries.
  • Staying updated with training to provide accurate information.
  • Helping develop processes to improve member services.
  • Participating in team days and feedback sessions to enhance processes through technology and knowledge sharing.

Requirements
