Member Support Advisor
Description
- Supporting our members through email, calls and other channels.
- Collaborating with internal and external parties to resolve queries.
- Staying updated with training to provide accurate information.
- Helping develop processes to improve member services.
- Participating in team days and feedback sessions to enhance processes through technology and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven, customer-focused environment.
- GCSE's in Maths and English or equivalent
- Proficiency with software platforms such as Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- A commitment to learning how to manage complex queries and a desire to grow within PRS for Music
