THE JOB The Manager, Product Marketing is the conduit between Product Stakeholders and Sales Representatives within Live Nation's Media & Sponsorship division. The role sits within the Solutions Development team and is ultimately tasked with creating market demand for new and existing Sponsorship Products through creative and strategic positioning.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
  • Represent Sales interests within the Live Nation Sponsorship Product team
  • Synthesize complex products into persuasive, simplified sales opportunities
  • Connect and collaborate with diverse stakeholders of varying levels in the development of Product Marketing plans
  • Develop pricing models and differentiated positioning for suite of Live Nation Sales Products
  • Apply research and analytics to inform Marketing materials and Product refinement
  • Develop proactive packages that bundle Live Nation Products with other assets within the Live Nation portfolio
  • Liaison between Sales, Solutions Development, and Product Teams to ensure effective development and optimization of Sales Products
  • Create & Implement Product Marketing playbook for consistent positioning, internal enrichment, B2B communication of Sales Products
  • Track usage of Product marketing materials and sales performance to ensure we are employing the most effective approach to internal enrichment and external positioning of Products and provide recommendations on the viability of products in the marketplace
  • Lead on-going strategy/development sessions with Product, Marketing, and Sales Leads

Requirements

  • 3-5 Years’ Experience working as a Marketer within a Sales environment; including experience working as a Product Marketer
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Practical knowledge of both Product and Sales team functions (individual, and connected)
  • Manage development budgets and pricing models for sales opportunities
  • Excellent copywriting skills—A powerful storyteller
  • Incredible interpersonal skills (communication, collaboration, understanding)
  • Experience presenting to internal teams and external clients in a motivating and persuasive manner
  • A Sales Marketer with experience bundling various assets in a cohesive, strategic manner
  • Enthusiast of music, live events, and/or cultural experiences
  • Fluency using Keynote, Excel, and other Microsoft Office products
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, a plus
  • COVID-19 vaccination will be required for this position subject to legally valid exemptions
