Description

Employee is responsible for community development and campaign execution for Better Noise label and their roster of artists. This position will work with artists/management and Better Noise marketing/label colleagues to develop strategies and implement high impact advertising and social campaigns.
Key Position Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns for Better Noise and their roster of artists.
  • Work directly with artists/managers to implement compelling digital and social media strategies, growth plans and platform best practices.
  • Set artist goals around fan acquisition and engagement metrics.
  • Brianstorm and contribute ideas throughout campaign planning with the goal of driving traffic, fan acquisition, and creating brand awareness for artists.
  • Action engaging UGC campaigns across short form content platforms (TikTok, Shorts, Reels, Triller) that drive creations and trends on the platform while also building artist audiences.
  • Keep abreast of existing/emerging marketing trends and maintain relationships with key digital partners to secure platform opportunities.
  • Run advertising campaigns that promote consumption and fan growth on DSPs and socials.
  • Manage digital budgets across various activations including advertising, influencer spends, UGC, contesting, etc.
  • Track, analyze and utilize campaign, social data, consumer behavior online, and audience awareness to help optimize digital marketing efforts.
  • Quantify and share results of digital promotions and paid media campaigns internally.
  • Work alongside the creative team to build out digital content, graphics and video.
  • Assist in maintaining the Better Noise websites.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience
  • Working knowledge of photoshop and experience in video editing is preferred
  • Expert in social communication and working with digital platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
  • Understanding of streaming platforms including: Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon, Pandora, SoundCloud, Deezer, etc.
  • Excellent editorial skills and proven success writing for engaging and growing social channels.
  • Experience writing digital marketing campaigns, execution, and reporting of such campaigns.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to emerging trends, interest in emerging technology and social development
