Enterprise Sales Manager (Remote)

As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you bring both the finesse and humility needed as a solution-oriented seller in SaaS sales, and in your previous roles have built lasting relationships with both your own team members and your enterprise customers. You have passion for helping others succeed and love to solve customer pains with the right solution. You know how to create and document new processes, and have the ability to improve them as you learn more from customers and/or your sales reps.
In this role you will:
  • Be accountable for increasing revenue and reaching annual sales targets through new B2B customer acquisition and contract renewals
  • Serve as a player/coach in the sales cycle, from prospecting to close
  • Lead, inspire, motivate and enable development of sales team members, to both enable their career growth and boost results for the company
  • Own and iterate on Soundstripe’s enterprise sales strategy and tactical execution by defining value prop, crafting messaging strategies, developing ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and defining ideal sales motions
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing team to develop targeted outbound strategies and lead gen initiatives and processes
  • Enhance Soundstripe’s product demonstration capabilities with a solid understanding of how to structure and customize materials to best communicate value and address customer pain points
  • Maintain strong communication with business leaders regarding pipeline management, opportunities and activities, performance results and forecasts against metrics, along with recommended courses of action
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Engineering, and Product to shape solutions to meet customer needs
  • Ensure operational excellence in driving the business in a controlled and sales focused manner while encouraging innovation


  • You have a track record as a top performer in B2B and/or SMB SaaS sales, plus 1 - 3 years is sales management driving a high-performing team
  • You are practiced in developing and refining sales strategies in a SaaS business, including crafting positioning statements, outbound messaging, demo presentations, competitor battlecards, ICPs and sales motions
  • You have hands-on expertise with lead generation strategies and tactics, including account based marketing tools, and have worked for or closely with a marketing team to drive SaaS prospecting and sales
  • You are methodical in your use of a confirmed sales methodology to nurture, negotiate, and close deals efficiently
  • You enjoy both coaching and learning from your team
