As a Campaign Manager, you would play a critical part of our team in assisting TuneIn’s multiple sales channels in working with both TuneIn’s internal advertising operations team and with external clients to ensure all digital, custom content, and audio campaigns are meeting and fulfilling their expected goals. You would be responsible for campaign setup and overseeing the performance of these campaigns while also supporting sales and clients in managing project execution and campaign reporting throughout the post-sales process. What You Will Do:
  • Work to set up, optimize, troubleshoot, and implement tagging on ad campaigns within various ad servers
  • Independently manage and ensure that all elements of campaigns are implemented in a timely and accurate manner
  • Monitor campaign delivery via a third party and internal ad serving systems for quality assurance/control and ensure campaigns are running as contracted
  • Communicate and work with Sales and clients on any optimization changes needed to help the campaign fulfill its goals
  • Generate reports and provide screenshots and updates as needed, including providing campaign data and insights for wrap decks at campaigns’ close
  • Work with the Sales Planning team and client as needed to troubleshoot any ad creative issues that impact tracking, implementation, or reporting
  • Act as client/sales contact for any post-launch campaign performance questions or campaign-related issues
  • Work with engineering and product teams to test and QA new ad units and features
  • Work with our internal marketing team to launch house marketing campaigns, including providing guidance and final reporting
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage ad partner campaign relationships and optimization opportunities
  • Inventory management for direct sold campaigns
  • Setup and optimize ad campaigns using Google Ad Manager (GAM) and generate reporting to manage pacing
  • Troubleshoot delivery issues by partnering with product and engineering teams

Requirements

What We Are Looking For:
  • 2+ years in a digital media-focused Campaign Management role at a publisher, ad agency or brand advertiser
  • Experience with industry-standard platforms such as GAM, SalesForce, DSPs, SSPs, and DMPs
  • Experience understanding ad tags. How to troubleshoot, read and implement them
  • Spreadsheet Master - proficiency in Excel, Sheets, Numbers (vlookup, pivot table, etc.)
  • Ad Trafficking experience
  • Comfortable organizing campaign data and reporting
  • Extremely proactive and highly organized, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple and varied campaigns/tasks in a timely manner
  • Excellent client service, organizational abilities, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Results-driven with strong analytical skills
  • Experience with viewability vendors, ad verification vendors, and advertising brand studies is a plus (e.g., Nielsen)
  • Programming and database querying skills are a plus (SQL, Tableau, Mode)
  • Experience with Adswizz, Applovin’ Max, & Magnite Adservers are a plus
  • Background in streaming radio or broadcast media a plus
  • Heavy consumer of audio content - news, talk, sports, and music
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited university, with a strong record of academic achievement
  • Technical degree not required, but strong technical aptitude needed to understand our ad tech stack. Tech-Savvy with some ability to understand HTML, CSS, Javascript and mobile apps.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, identity and data ecosystems
  • Understanding of media math and associated pricing models (CPM, CPC, CPA)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Critical thinking and prioritization that demonstrate data-driven analysis combined with sound qualitative judgment.
  • Expressive written and verbal communications with a knack for clear articulation of customer problems
